How to Choose a Custom Table Cover for a Vendor Event

A branded table cover turns a plain folding table into a display people notice from across the room. Here is how to pick the right one.

3-sided or 4-sided?

A 3-sided cover has an open back. It drapes 30 inches over the front and both ends, with a short 8 inch drape on the back. It works well when the table sits against a wall or booth backdrop, and it costs less.

A 4-sided cover drapes 30 inches on all four sides, so it looks finished from every angle. Choose it when customers can walk around your table, such as at a farmers market or an open-floor trade show.

6 ft or 8 ft table?

A standard 6 ft table measures 72 x 30 inches and an 8 ft table measures 96 x 30 inches, both about 30 inches tall. Measure your table before you order. If it is a different size, call us at (313) 355-3215 and we will quote a custom size.

Prepare your artwork

  • Keep logos and text at least 1 inch from the edge of the fabric.
  • Include a 0.5 inch bleed on all sides, and do not add crop marks.
  • Put your main message on the front drape, where customers see it first.
