Ordering and artwork
What file should I upload?
A high-resolution PDF, JPG or PNG sized to your product. For DTF transfers and apparel, use a transparent-background PNG at 300 DPI. Files can be up to 10 MB on the product page. For larger files, complete your order and email info@myl313.com with a download link.
Do you have artwork templates?
Yes. Car magnets and table runners have free PDF and PNG templates on the product page that show the bleed, fold and safe area.
I don't have a design. Can you make one?
Yes. Our designers can create it for you, starting at $25. The final fee depends on the complexity of the project. You can check out without artwork, and we will send you a design quote for your approval before any work begins.
Will you check my artwork before printing?
Production begins after your artwork is received and checked. We print your artwork as supplied, so please review spelling, sizing and placement before you submit it.
Production and shipping
How long does production take?
Banners, car magnets, table runners and table covers are produced next business day. Retractable banners take 4 business days. Custom hoodies ship in 3 to 5 business days after artwork approval. Shipping time is separate from production time.
How much is shipping?
Car magnets, table covers and blank hoodies have shipping included or a flat rate shown on the product page. Other shipping charges are calculated at checkout before you pay.
Can I pick up my order?
Local pickup is available by appointment only. Call (313) 355-3215 or email info@myl313.com to schedule.
Orders, returns and payment
Can I return a custom item?
Custom items are final sale for a change of mind. If your order has a defect or we made an error, email info@myl313.com within 14 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and photos. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
Do you offer business accounts or bulk pricing?
Yes. See our Business Accounts & Bulk Quotes page, or request a custom quote. Net 30 terms are available by approval for universities, schools, government agencies, nonprofits and established businesses.
